Terms of Service

ScripIntel (“ScripIntel”, “the Service”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is owned and operated by RUNTIME TECHNOLOGIES (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED, a company registered in Islamabad, Pakistan. By accessing or using ScripIntel, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

All output, data, information and analysis produced by ScripIntel is provided for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing produced by the Service constitutes investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any security, financial planning, or an offer to provide brokerage or advisory services.

ScripIntel is an analytical tool for researching market information. It does not tell you what to buy or sell, and it does not manage money on your behalf. You are responsible for your own investment decisions.

ScripIntel and RUNTIME TECHNOLOGIES (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED are not a licensed broker, securities dealer, investment advisor, or financial institution regulated by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) or any other authority. Always verify information through official sources before making any investment decision. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

We curate and audit the data behind ScripIntel by hand before it is loaded, checking figures against the filings they come from and holding them on one consistent basis. We do that carefully, but it does not make the data infallible.

The data is not real time. Statements, announcements and macroeconomic series are added after publication, and that can take time, so a figure announced today may not be available here today. Data may also be delayed, revised at source, or contain errors despite our checks.

ScripIntel generates answers using a large language model working over that stored data. Such models can produce output that is incomplete, out of date or factually wrong, including errors of arithmetic and misreadings of a figure, and they can do so in a confident tone.

We make no guarantee of the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of any output or data. Verify anything material against the official company filing or exchange record before relying on it.

Using ScripIntel requires an account, which is for your own use. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to disrupt it, scrape or resell its data or output at scale without permission, access it through automated means beyond normal use, circumvent usage or billing controls, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate an account that does so, and credit on a terminated account may be forfeited.

ScripIntel is prepaid. There is no subscription and nothing renews automatically. You add credit to your account in advance, and each question draws on that credit according to the work the answer takes, which varies with the model tier you select and the amount of data the question requires. When your credit runs out, the Service stops accepting new questions until you top up again.

Payment is currently made by bank transfer to the account published on the pricing page. Credit is allocated to your account manually by us once we receive and verify your transfer receipt. We are the merchant for these transactions; there is no third-party payment processor involved at present, and we do not collect or store card details.

Introductory or trial credit, where offered, is limited to one per account and may be withdrawn or changed at any time.

Each top-up carries its own validity period, shown at the time of purchase. Credit that reaches the end of its validity period expires and ceases to count toward your balance. Spending is drawn from the soonest-expiring credit first. Prices are stated in Pakistani rupees and include sales tax at the applicable rate. You are responsible for any bank charges on your side.

Refunds are handled as described in our Refund Policy.

The questions you ask and the conversations you create are yours. We store them so you can return to them, and we process them in order to operate the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. If you publish a conversation as a shared link, you are making that copy readable by anyone who holds the link, and you are responsible for what you choose to share.

The Service is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RUNTIME TECHNOLOGIES (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED and its operators shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or investment decisions arising from the use of, or inability to use, this Service, or from reliance on any output it produces.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Islamabad, Pakistan.

We may add, change, suspend or remove features, including the models available and the data sets behind them, and the Service may experience downtime without notice.

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of ScripIntel after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the current Terms. For any questions, contact us at contact@runtimetech.pk.
