Credit is valid for the period shown, counted from when it is added to your account, and spending always draws from the soonest-expiring credit first. Credit past its validity period stops counting and is not refunded. See the refund policy. All prices are in Pakistani rupees and include 15% sales tax.
How to top up
Payment is by bank transfer. Transfer the amount to the account below, email us the receipt, and we add the credit to your account, usually within one business day.

Then send us the receipt

- 3We add the credit and confirm by email. It shows in the app straight away.
You do not need an account before paying. If you transfer first, we create the credit against your email and it is waiting at your first sign-in.
Questions about pricing
What does one question cost?
It depends on the model tier and the depth of the answer. Settings shows how much of your credit is left at any time.
Are the model tiers restricted?
No. Quick and Deep are both available on every amount, including the trial.
Can I buy the trial twice?
No, one per account.
What if my credit runs out?
New questions stop until you top up. Your conversations and history are untouched.
Why does credit expire?
Each top-up carries its own validity, and spending draws from the soonest-expiring credit first.
Is sales tax included?
Yes. Every price includes 15% sales tax, and each payment in your account shows it.
Can I get an invoice?
Yes, email contact@runtimetech.pk with your transfer details.
Do you accept cards?
Not yet. Bank transfer only for now; card checkout is planned.
Can I pay in dollars?
Not yet. Transfers are in rupees.
