Refund Policy

ScripIntel is sold as prepaid credit by RUNTIME TECHNOLOGIES (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED. There is no subscription and nothing renews, so there is nothing to cancel. If you stop using the Service, you are not charged again.

If ScripIntel is not right for you, ask. You can request a refund of unused credit within 14 days of it being added to your account, and we return it by bank transfer to the account the payment came from, in Pakistani rupees.

• Credit already spent on questions is not refundable, since the service it paid for was delivered.
• Credit past its validity period has expired and is not refundable. Validity is shown on the pricing page and at the time of purchase.
• Bank charges on either side are not refundable.

If you were charged for a question that failed, or your balance looks wrong, tell us and we will investigate and put it right. That is a correction rather than a refund, so the window above does not apply.

Email contact@runtimetech.pk from, or quoting, the address you sign in with, including the date and amount of the top-up. We reply within two business days and process refunds within seven.
