Privacy Policy

ScripIntel is a product of RUNTIME TECHNOLOGIES (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED, a company registered in Islamabad, Pakistan, which acts as the data controller for personal information processed through the Service. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

• Account details. Sign-in is handled by Google Firebase Authentication. We receive and store your email address, a unique user ID, and your display name if your sign-in method provides one. We never receive or store your password, because Google handles authentication entirely.
• Your conversations. The questions you ask and the answers the model returns are stored on our servers against your user ID, so your chat history is there when you come back. This includes anything you type into a conversation.
• Usage and billing records. For each question we record the model used, token counts, the cost charged, the time taken and the outcome, plus a ledger of credit added to your account. This is what your balance is computed from.
• Shared links. If you publish a conversation as a shared link, a copy of those messages is stored separately so the link keeps working. Billing information is stripped from that copy before it is saved. The copy is independent of the original, so deleting a conversation you have shared also revokes the links you made from it.
• Payment correspondence. Since top-ups are made by bank transfer, we receive whatever you send us by email, typically a transfer receipt showing your name and partial account details. We do not collect or store card numbers, and no card processor is involved.

Your data is used solely to operate ScripIntel: authenticating you, answering your questions, keeping your chat history, computing and charging your balance, honouring shared links, supporting you when you write in, and diagnosing faults. We do not sell your personal data and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.

We do not use your conversations to train AI models, and we use providers on terms that do not permit training on data submitted through their API.

We run no advertising networks and no cross-site tracking, and we do not profile you for marketing.

• Google Firebase. Account authentication.
• A large language model provider. The models that generate answers. Your question, the relevant conversation history and the data retrieved to answer it are sent to the provider's API for processing, under their terms and privacy policy. We may change provider, and use more than one.

Payments are not handled by a third-party processor. Transfers go directly to our bank account, and your bank's own privacy terms govern the transfer itself.

These providers operate internationally, so your data may be processed outside Pakistan.

We retain your account, conversations and billing records for as long as your account is active. You can delete any conversation from within the app, which also revokes the shared links you created from it. Billing and usage records are kept after that as the audit trail behind your balance.

To delete your account, request a copy of your data, or make any other data request, write to contact@runtimetech.pk and we will take care of it. Billing records are kept afterwards, as the audit trail behind money that changed hands.

ScripIntel uses browser storage for authentication sessions through Firebase and for saving your preferences, such as your theme and your selected model tier. We do not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
