About these statements

Consolidated and standardized

Every company is reported as a group, subsidiaries included, and its line items are mapped to one common layout. Figures compare across companies and years, and can differ from how a company presents its own report.

Each company's own fiscal year

Most PSX companies close their year in June, many in December, some in September or March. Periods keep the company's own labels: FY2026 for a June company ended on 30 June 2026.

What is covered

Income statement, balance sheet and cash flow, plus around 130 ratios: profitability, liquidity, solvency, valuation and per-share figures. Up to twenty years and thirty-two quarters per company.

Questions about PSX financial statements

Where can I find the financial statements of PSX-listed companies?

Here: consolidated income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements and financial ratios for 354 listed companies, annual and quarterly. The list is open to everyone; the statements open once you sign in.

Are these consolidated or standalone statements?

Consolidated, throughout. A company with subsidiaries is reported as a group, so companies compare on one basis rather than mixing group and parent-only figures.

Why might a figure differ from the company's own report?

The statements are standardized: every company's line items are mapped to one common layout, so the same line means the same thing across companies and years. A company's own report can group or name items differently, so a figure here may not match it line for line - it is the comparable version of the same accounts.

How far back do the statements go?

Up to twenty fiscal years and thirty-two quarters per company, depending on how long it has been listed and reporting.

Why do fiscal years differ between companies?

Each company reports on its own year-end: most PSX companies close in June, many in December, some in September or March. Periods are labelled by the company's own fiscal year, so FY2026 for a June company ended on 30 June 2026.

  • Consolidated statements throughout; standalone accounts are not mixed in.
  • Standardized: line items are mapped to one layout per report type (industrial, banking, insurance), so the same line means the same thing across companies. A figure can therefore differ from the company's own presentation.

Curated and checked before it is loaded, and still worth checking against the filing before you act on it. More on the data.
